Additional Information
Psychological astrology seeks to demonstrate that human beings are not powerless victims of fate.
Through insight into one’s own psychological structure (= horoscope) and the laws of life, individuals gain new possibilities for consciously shaping their destiny.
The Laws of Destiny
The Law of Cause and Effect
The Law of Attraction
The Law of Balance
The Law of Affinity
The Law of the Return of the Repressed
The Law of Thought and Belief
The Law of Confirmation
The Law of Positive and Negative Reinforcement
The Law of Content and Form
The Law of Development
These laws are explored in our courses and seminars through many different forms and manifestations. By relating them to their own lives, participants begin to see the past, present, and future in a completely new light.
The training program in psychological astrology is suitable for anyone who wishes to gain deeper self-understanding and explore the mechanisms and laws of the psyche and destiny — not only for those intending to use this knowledge professionally.
Above all, the training provides the intellectual and psychological foundation needed to help oneself and others effectively (helping people to help themselves).
For this reason, psychological astrology is also highly valuable for people working in helping professions, as it opens entirely new perspectives on problems and conflicts and reveals solutions on a deeper level.
Since we believe that astrology cannot be practiced meaningfully in isolation from other disciplines, the training program also integrates areas such as:
naturopathy
psychosomatics
authentic esoteric studies
education
sociology
philosophy
and especially depth psychology
Astrocoaching is a form of energy-flow coaching whose purpose is to release repressed, blocked, projected, and energetically bound patterns that are tied to unfavorable symbolic levels, while at the same time opening access to new sources of energy.
Just as a coach helps an athlete reach and express their optimal performance, the astrocoach’s role is to help clients create the best possible life in alignment with their individual horoscope configuration.
Astrocoaching consists of a comprehensive horoscope analysis (see Individual Counseling) together with several coaching sessions focused on reshaping and transforming one’s life.
The overall duration depends on the individual situation and the specific issues involved.
Advanced astrology students can train as astrocoaches and earn a corresponding certificate.
The astrocoaching training consists of four modules:
4 weekend seminars — Astrocoaching I, II, III and IV — in Munich.
An Analogy
According to psychological astrology, it is not the rays of the planets that influence human beings at the moment of birth. Rather, the positions of the planets symbolize the balance of forces on Earth (from the observer’s perspective).
Each planet represents a fundamental life principle that manifests itself differently in human beings, animals, plants, and even minerals. The planetary constellations in the sky are therefore not the direct cause of a person’s talents, interests, behavioral patterns, or life events; instead, they possess symbolic meaning.
A planet symbolizes a certain force, but the force itself does not originate from the symbol. Every person exists within a field of forces that corresponds to their individual nature. This energetic field is symbolized by the constellation of the celestial bodies in the sky. The graphical representation of this constellation is the horoscope.
Through this, the astrologer gains the possibility of mapping a specific constellation of forces. It serves as an analogy for an individual’s inner psychological constellation — in other words, for the psychological structure of a person, to which a particular destiny belongs, or which attracts and creates a particular destiny.
This structure is not static, but is constantly evolving and developing.

True love means loving a person beyond all masks and roles — recognizing and accepting their true essence.
However, this true essence in another person can only be perceived when one has found access to one’s own true nature, one’s authentic emotional world, one’s inner “animal” (the mammalian instinctive self), and one’s shadow.
Only when a person becomes aware of everything that lives within them can they truly understand what shapes another human being. Only then can they love the other person even if that person may be full of prejudices, intolerant, struggling financially, or inclined toward promiscuity.
A person who truly loves wants to understand why the other is intolerant, financially deprived, or repeatedly unfaithful. They refrain from devaluing or condemning the other for these qualities. Instead, they seek to understand how the other truly feels and thinks as a man or woman, what conditioning they experienced in childhood, and which fears and protective patterns developed as a result.
True love expresses itself on the physical, emotional, and spiritual levels. To truly love means feeling the desire to give the other physical, emotional, and spiritual joy — and to embrace the inner child within one’s partner, the little boy or little girl within them, offering warmth, safety, and affection.
Only from this can genuine trust, true intimacy — and true love — arise.

As the controller, the Institute for Psychological Astrology has implemented numerous technical and organisational measures to ensure the most comprehensive protection possible for personal data processed through this website. Nevertheless, internet-based data transmissions can have security vulnerabilities, so absolute protection cannot be guaranteed.
The privacy policy of the Institute for Psychological Astrology is based on the terminology used by the European legislator when adopting the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our privacy policy is intended to be easy to read and understand for the public, our customers and our business partners. To ensure this, we would first like to explain the terminology used.
Among other terms, this privacy policy uses the following:
Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, referred to below as a “data subject”. An identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier, or one or more factors specific to that person’s physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity.
A data subject is any identified or identifiable natural person whose personal data are processed by the controller.
Processing means any operation or set of operations performed on personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction.
Restriction of processing means marking stored personal data with the aim of limiting their processing in the future.
Profiling means any form of automated processing of personal data that uses those data to evaluate certain personal aspects relating to a natural person, in particular to analyse or predict aspects concerning that person’s performance at work, economic situation, health, personal preferences, interests, reliability, behaviour, location or movements.
Pseudonymisation means processing personal data in such a way that they can no longer be attributed to a specific data subject without additional information, provided that this additional information is kept separately and is subject to technical and organisational measures that ensure the personal data are not attributed to an identified or identifiable natural person.
The controller or controller responsible for processing is the natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body that, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of processing personal data. Where the purposes and means of that processing are determined by European Union or Member State law, the controller or the specific criteria for appointing the controller may be laid down by that law.
A processor is a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body that processes personal data on behalf of the controller.
A recipient is a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body to which personal data are disclosed, whether or not it is a third party. However, public authorities that may receive personal data in the framework of a particular inquiry in accordance with European Union or Member State law are not considered recipients.
A third party is a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body other than the data subject, the controller, the processor and persons who, under the direct authority of the controller or processor, are authorised to process personal data.
Consent means any freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous indication of the data subject’s wishes by which the data subject, through a statement or another clear affirmative action, signifies agreement to the processing of personal data relating to them.
The controller for the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation, other data protection laws applicable in Member States of the European Union, and other provisions relating to data protection is:

The anonymous data in server log files are stored separately from any personal data provided by a data subject.
The controller processes and stores the data subject’s personal data only for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of storage, or for as long as provided for by the European legislator or another legislator in laws or regulations to which the controller is subject.
If the purpose of storage no longer applies, or a storage period prescribed by the European legislator or another competent legislator expires, the personal data are routinely blocked or erased in accordance with statutory requirements.
Every data subject has the right, granted by the European legislator, to obtain confirmation from the controller as to whether personal data concerning them are being processed. If a data subject wishes to exercise this right, they may contact an employee of the controller at any time.
Every person affected by the processing of personal data has the right, granted by the European legislator, to obtain information from the controller at any time, free of charge, about the personal data stored about them, and to receive a copy of that information. The European legislator has also granted data subjects access to the following information:
The data subject also has a right to information about whether personal data have been transferred to a third country or an international organisation. If so, the data subject additionally has the right to be informed of the appropriate safeguards relating to the transfer.
If a data subject wishes to exercise this right of access, they may contact an employee of the controller at any time.
Every person affected by the processing of personal data has the right, granted by the European legislator, to request that inaccurate personal data concerning them be corrected without undue delay. Taking into account the purposes of processing, the data subject also has the right to have incomplete personal data completed, including by means of a supplementary statement.
If a data subject wishes to exercise this right to rectification, they may contact an employee of the controller at any time.
Every person affected by the processing of personal data has the right, granted by the European legislator, to request that the controller erase personal data concerning them without undue delay where one of the following grounds applies and insofar as processing is not necessary:
If one of the above grounds applies and a data subject wishes to request the erasure of personal data stored by the Institute for Psychological Astrology, they may contact an employee of the controller at any time. The employee of the Institute for Psychological Astrology will arrange for the erasure request to be fulfilled without undue delay.
Where the Institute for Psychological Astrology has made personal data public and, as controller, is obliged to erase them under Article 17(1) GDPR, the Institute for Psychological Astrology will take reasonable steps, including technical measures, taking account of available technology and implementation costs, to inform other controllers processing the published personal data that the data subject has requested the erasure of all links to those personal data, or copies or replications of them, insofar as processing is not necessary. The employee of the Institute for Psychological Astrology will arrange the necessary steps in each individual case.
Every person affected by the processing of personal data has the right, granted by the European legislator, to request restriction of processing from the controller where one of the following conditions applies:
If one of the above conditions applies and a data subject wishes to request restriction of personal data stored by the Institute for Psychological Astrology, they may contact an employee of the controller at any time. The employee of the Institute for Psychological Astrology will arrange for processing to be restricted.
Every person affected by the processing of personal data has the right, granted by the European legislator, to receive the personal data concerning them that they have provided to a controller in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. They also have the right to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance from the controller to whom the personal data were provided, where processing is based on consent under Article 6(1)(a) or Article 9(2)(a) GDPR, or on a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, and is carried out by automated means, provided that processing is not necessary for a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller.
When exercising their right to data portability under Article 20(1) GDPR, the data subject also has the right to have personal data transmitted directly from one controller to another where technically feasible and provided that this does not adversely affect the rights and freedoms of others.
To exercise the right to data portability, the data subject may contact an employee of the Institute for Psychological Astrology at any time.
Every person affected by the processing of personal data has the right, granted by the European legislator, to object at any time, on grounds relating to their particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning them based on Article 6(1)(e) or (f) GDPR. This also applies to profiling based on those provisions.
If an objection is made, the Institute for Psychological Astrology will no longer process the personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for processing that override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject, or processing serves to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
If the Institute for Psychological Astrology processes personal data for direct marketing purposes, the data subject has the right to object at any time to the processing of their personal data for such marketing. This also applies to profiling insofar as it is related to such direct marketing. If the data subject objects to the Institute for Psychological Astrology processing their data for direct marketing purposes, the Institute for Psychological Astrology will no longer process the personal data for those purposes.
The data subject also has the right, on grounds relating to their particular situation, to object to the processing of personal data concerning them by the Institute for Psychological Astrology for scientific or historical research purposes or statistical purposes under Article 89(1) GDPR, unless such processing is necessary to perform a task carried out for reasons of public interest.
To exercise the right to object, the data subject may contact any employee of the Institute for Psychological Astrology or another employee directly. In the context of the use of information society services, and notwithstanding Directive 2002/58/EC, the data subject is also free to exercise their right to object by automated means using technical specifications.
Every person affected by the processing of personal data has the right, granted by the European legislator, not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that produces legal effects concerning them or similarly significantly affects them, provided that the decision (1) is not necessary for entering into or performing a contract between the data subject and the controller, or (2) is authorised by European Union or Member State law to which the controller is subject and that law provides for appropriate measures to safeguard the data subject’s rights, freedoms and legitimate interests, or (3) is made with the data subject’s explicit consent.
If the decision (1) is necessary for entering into or performing a contract between the data subject and the controller, or (2) is made with the data subject’s explicit consent, the Institute for Psychological Astrology will implement appropriate measures to safeguard the data subject’s rights, freedoms and legitimate interests, including at least the right to obtain human intervention on the part of the controller, to express their point of view and to contest the decision.
If the data subject wishes to exercise rights relating to automated decisions, they may contact an employee of the controller at any time.
Every person affected by the processing of personal data has the right, granted by the European legislator, to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time.
If the data subject wishes to exercise their right to withdraw consent, they may contact an employee of the controller at any time.
Article 6(1)(a) GDPR provides our organisation with the legal basis for processing operations for which we obtain consent for a particular purpose. Where processing personal data is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, for example processing required for the delivery of goods or the provision of another service or consideration, processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. The same applies to processing operations necessary to take steps prior to entering into a contract, for example in response to enquiries about our products or services. If our organisation is subject to a legal obligation requiring the processing of personal data, for example to fulfil tax obligations, processing is based on Article 6(1)(c) GDPR. In rare cases, processing personal data may be necessary to protect the vital interests of the data subject or another natural person. This would be the case, for example, if a visitor were injured on our premises and their name, age, health insurance details or other vital information then had to be passed to a doctor, hospital or other third party. In that case, processing would be based on Article 6(1)(d) GDPR. Finally, processing operations may be based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. This legal basis applies to processing operations not covered by any of the above grounds where processing is necessary to safeguard a legitimate interest of our organisation or a third party, provided that the data subject’s interests, fundamental rights and freedoms do not override that interest. Such processing is permitted in particular because it was expressly mentioned by the European legislator, which considered that a legitimate interest could exist where the data subject is a client of the controller (Recital 47, sentence 2, GDPR).
Where processing personal data is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest is conducting our business for the well-being of all our employees and shareholders.
The criterion used to determine the storage period for personal data is the applicable statutory retention period. Once that period expires, the relevant data are routinely erased unless they are still required for the performance or initiation of a contract.
Please note that the provision of personal data is sometimes required by law, for example under tax regulations, or may result from contractual provisions, such as information about a contracting party. In some cases, entering into a contract may require a data subject to provide us with personal data that we subsequently have to process. For example, a data subject is obliged to provide personal data if our organisation enters into a contract with them. Failure to provide the personal data would mean that the contract with the data subject could not be concluded. Before providing personal data, the data subject must contact one of our employees. The employee will explain, on a case-by-case basis, whether providing the personal data is required by law or contract or is necessary to enter into a contract, whether there is an obligation to provide the personal data, and what the consequences of not providing them would be.
As a responsible organisation, we do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
